The Law firm is skilled in pharmaceutical law. It assists some Boards of Pharmacy and Association of Pharmacies’s owners in many district of the north Italy. It also assists the pharmacists both holder and not in all the particular problems of the subject: “succession” in the ownership, social security issues, appeal in cases of staffing plans (e.g. establishment of a pharmacy in derogation) and competition procedures.
